It is a fact that every industry requires appropriately skilled manpower. Only with such skilled man power, an industry can meet its targets. This is the main criteria for a company to prosper and move atop in the global scenario.
Keeping above scenario in mind HI-TECH Institute of Engineering & Technology, Ghaziabad, spread in approx 18 acrers of land on NH-24 has established Centre for Technical Training & Industrial Alliance (CTTIA) in year 2010 in its premises. A dedicated building of CTTIA with space of around 20000 sq. mt. has been provided to operate CTTIA activities.
CTTIA objective is to provide industry oriented technical training by industry experts to enhance the employability of the engineering students. To impart the technical training CTTIA has created well furnished training facilities that include Labs with appropriate software & hardware, Seminar Hall, Office space for companies etc. It has created ‘Centers of Excellence’ in four thrust areas i.e. Computer Sc. & Application, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics and Robotics & Automation.
As of now 8 reputed companies are associated with CTTIA in their respective thrust areas. To provide necessary input for the upgradation of the CTTIA, a strong advisory board has been constituted which includes the members of industries and academia. The advisory board meeting has conducted twice in a year to review the progress of the CTTIA and get futuristic guidance.
