Software Development Cell

Hi-Tech engineering students have developed live software. Industry compliant projects are running on Linux server with Apache web server, My-SQL Server and PHP Server. Languages used in the projects are PHP, Perl, My-SQL and JAVA based web languages. Projects on client server technology are developed using Fedora as a server and clients as Windows and Linux.

Some of the live projects which are running successfully includes:

Attendance Monitoring System

It contains the functionality of generating the payrole on the basis of employee attendance marked after capturing their image.

Knowledge Edge

It evaluates the knowledge of particular student in a particular subject based on their intelligence.

Academic System

It contains all the college related activities including attendance,marks,course allocation,management of corses in various departments.

EMC Corporation, the world leader in information management and data storage has created the EMC Academic Alliance Program to educate students on storage and close the education gap that exists. EMC partners with colleges and universities by providing the course, faculty knowledge transfer sessions, and program support. The course is taught by institute faculty. There is no cost to join and no cost to obtain the course. Students become more valuable in the workplace by learning about the latest information storage and management technologies.A summer training program of 6 weeks has been launched by Hi-Tech at its full swing which began in the first week of June, 2009. We got a successful participation of 30 students from IInd and IIIrd year of CS degree program. Industry based projects to final year students.
